Legal notice

Provider details under section 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Anything still open is in square brackets and marked in colour – it will be filled in before RankT goes beyond the pilot.

Provider

[First and last name, or company]
[Street and number]
[Postcode and town]
[Country]

A postal address is required, and a PO box will not do. Anyone running RankT from home has to give their home address.

Contact

Email: [email address]
Phone: [phone number]

The email address is required. A second quick way of getting hold of someone has to be there as well – a phone number is the usual one.

VAT

VAT identification number under section 27a of the German VAT Act: [VAT ID]

This is only required if such a number has been issued. If there is none, the section simply goes – a note about small-business status belongs on the invoice, not here.

What is still open

What this page is not for

If you want to put your result in, you do not need this page – there is a QR code next to the table for that. What RankT does with data is in the privacy text; the pub you played in has one of its own, reachable from that pub’s phone page.

Which version applies

The German version above is the one that applies. This English one is a translation for understanding, not a separate declaration.
